UNABLE TO PICK UP ORDER ‼️

When I arrived at Customer Pick-up on Saturday, June 8, I was told by the Macy’s employee (in red jacket) that MY PACKAGE HAD BEEN RETURNED TO STOCK on Saturday morning.She even left the counter and stated that she went to the Shoe Department in the store to try to locate the shoes that she ordered. She ‘tried’ to RE-ORDER the shoes and requested that I swipe my Macy’s credit card. Then, she stated that was UNABLE TO REORDER. There were 2 other employees at Customer Pickup discussing this matter. I was surprised to learn that my account now shows that MY ORDER WAS PICKED UP. THIS IS NOT ACCURATE ‼️ I was not able to pick up this order on Saturday. I trust that Macy’s will correct this situation.

I have small narrow feet . I ordered 5.5. It’s snug but not uncomfortable .

Tight and painful

I have narrow feet so was extremely surprised at how painful these shoes were. I thought that I could stretch him out throughout the day but they had zero give.
