Wasted time

worst customer service. I just bought one week ago, after purchased within around 20 hours, the price dropped and I did called in to adjust the price, then I was told they adjusted, however until I received the notification to pick up, still hasn't got part of the refund. Though it's not a bad one, but I WASTED too much time to call in again and again, however was told it's adjusted, but the pick up place told me it shouldn't be that long. anyhow I returned right away given the bad and uncommitted price adjustment service. But for the errand I needed to run just around that place, I wouldn't go to that mall at all.

Great Scarf

I got this one and a Black one for my wife as a Christmas present. She loves them both. So soft and warm. Great colors. I recommend this to anyone that ever gets cold.

Very nice, warm scarf

This scarf is nice and long. Keeps my chest and neck warm in very cold weather. Still it is light. My favorite scarf. Hand washes easily and hung dry. Came out nicely
