Disappointing Quality

Comfortable and extremely chic, but the quality is terrible. I sent one pair back because there was a defect with the leather (leather peeling at the top line of both boots where it folds an meets the lining), and the pair I was sent as a replacement had the same issue, plus a scratch near the toe on one boot. I was offered a partial refund because of the defect and accepted, however, now the elastic along the side is already losing its elasticity, and I am considering sending them back again. I want to try another pair, but I am hesitant based on the two pairs I have already seen. Very disappointing, they do not seem to be worth what Steve Madden is charging for them.

Overall comfortable shoe. There is a Hole inbetween sole of heel and leather part of shoe that can let water in. Not a lot of tread and the tread that is there wears out very quick. Not sure if I would recommend.

Beautiful boot, excellent quality. Runs big. Order 1/2 size down.

Maybe a Miss 🤷🏾‍♀️

The boot was a bit underwhelming for me. The leather is on the thin side and its not the quality I was expecting honestly from this brand. There is also some discrepancy with the boot color as I believed it would be more on the red/burgundy side as shown in the pics. The color is lighter. I’m deciding on whether to keep or return. To be honest I am disappointed. I used to ONLY buy SM boots. Now I’m not so certain anymore.

Received wrong shoes

I’m sure these would have been cute if I actually received them. Instead macys sent me a completely different shoe. Which was completely disappointing, but on top of that now I need to return the wrong shoe and this one that I ordered is no longer in stock. On top of that they said they would give me a 25% discount to use in the future for the inconvenience…. When I ordered these shoes there was a 30% discount so no convenience there!!

Great boot!

I adore these boots. They are relatively comfortable for how high the heel is and they look fantastic! I have gotten lots of compliments and I feel great wearing them. I got the black but I may come back for the brown!

Baddie Boots

I absolutely love these boots! They are stylish, well-made, and incredibly comfortable. I wore them all day for a busy schedule that included lots of walking, and my feet felt great the entire time. They've quickly become my go-to pair for both work and casual outings.

So chic!

These boots are so stylish and go lovely with boot-cut jeans. I normally wear a 6. 5, but sized up to a 7 as everyone suggested, but they still fit a bit loose. Also, they are more brown than they appear in the picture.
