BAD CLASP IT WONT STAY CLOSED

ITS LIKE THE CLASP THAT YOU CLOSE TO PUT AROUND BODY IS PLASTIC AND IT NOT OPEN WIDE ENOUGH TO STAY LOCKED WITHOUT PULLING APART WITH ANY SMALL TUG. THE BAG ITSELF IS NICE. I SEE ANOTHER REVIEW ABOUT CLASP. MAYBE WE BOTH RECEIVED A DEFECT.
