Pretty but...

I would give 5 stars, but I ordered online and one of the shoes was obviously the floor model. It was dirty and the bottom of the sole was worn. It also still had the sale stickers on it.

Cute & Comfy

Runs a little bit small, I went up half a size and it fit comfortably. The shoe is a little heavy, but generally comfortable to wear.

worst slip on

If you want an inflexible shoe then you should buy these mules. For me they were too heavy and barely wearable for more than 1 hour. Unfortunately I wore for few hours before I tried to returning, but Macy's policy does not permit returns on shoe worn for a couple hours. Tried to buy a slightly different style made by same maker, I and just could not get my foot into shoe comfortably. Just the worse shoe.

Clunky!

I bought these online but wouldn't have if I tried them on in the store. They are incredibly stiff and heavy. I took a walk in them so I can't return them, but would if I could!
