Inaccurate sizing

I wanted to love this boot as it is super cute, but the sizing is incredibly inaccurate making the shoe very uncomfortable. It’s very big which is unfortunate because according to the size chart I ordered the “right size”. Steve Madden’s sizes are always inconsistent and the customers have to pay for the negligence

Zipper broke

These are so cute, but the zipper broke after 7 months of pretty infrequent wear and there's nothing to be done about it :( I asked the store attendant if the leather would stretch with time, but the elastic stretched more and resulted in a broken zipper. It sucks because I really like them!

Inaccurate size guide and inconsistent sizing

The size guide is extremely inaccurate. Ordered a 12 based on the length of my foot in inches, but the shoe is entirely too big. I could've sized down. Other shoes of the same size fit perfectly, but these seem to run large. I really love Steve Madden but the sizing for those of us with bigger feet is very inconsistent, and due to the fact that they rarely carry larger sizes in store it makes it impossible to try the shoe on before purchasing.

Very cute but hard and ankle part small

The toe part is hard as a rock, would take a while to break in. Although the foot part fit me, the ankle part was too small and didn't zip. It didn't fit my proportions. Unfortunately had to return. I find that all Steve Madden shoes I try are small for me in the ankle part.

Very stylish and pretty comfy

I’m in love with these boots. I wore them to a party. I love that they’re nice enough to wear to a dressy event but casual enough to wear on a regular day. They’re also pretty comfortable and easy to walk in! I bought them a little big so I can put insoles in them. I definitely recommend doing that. Also I love that they’re real leather. I prefer real leather because it lasts longer.

Zero grip

I love the zipper down the middle style, they were relatively comfortable, but the bottoms of these boots are COMPLETELY flat. No grip/tractions whatsoever. I felt like I could easily slip and fall so I returned them.
