Doesn't fit thin legs!

This is not a good fit for those with thin thighs/legs. I'm 5'8 size 4 with long thin legs and unfortunately the fabric slouches and hangs down on the leg. It is supposed to be fitted (it has silicone on the interior top to hold in place) but that part doesn't even touch my legs. The boots are not adjustable either.

Not Steve Madden quality

In my opinion to cheap looking. Size accurate and nice style but the smooth fabric is a no!!!

It’s a no for me!
