A total fraud in advertising
I recently received a pair of boots that are completely different from what was advertised on your website. The item I received is misleading and does not match the product description or photos at all. The sole of the boot is a completely different design shown online it’s made of cheap plastic and lacks the stand-up shape that was clearly depicted. Even the belt detail on the side is different. Overall, this is not the quality or style that was promised. I’m very disappointed that such a misrepresentation made it through a reputable retailer like Macy’s and a well-known brand like Steve Madden. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly, as this kind of misleading advertising undermines customer trust. Please advise on the next steps for returning and receiving a proper replacement.

Upper part not leather
The way these boots are shown on the website make them look like that are regular leather and stand up on their own. But instead they are pleather and look kind of cheap. The shoe part is great and I wish the whole boot was made the same.

Not the same boot in pic
The picture that is shown is not the boot at all. The boot received is not terrible but it’s not what I thought I paid for. Very upset with the whole situation. Do not buy if you want the boot in the picture.
Deceptive Photos
The boot shown is NOT the boot you will receive. The boot does not have the heel as shown, it is NOT leather. the sole is a platform that incorporates the heel, and rather wide. The shaft arrives folded and is over the knee made of stretchy very thin material. I eagerly anticipated the arrival of the boot pictured, but received a very different boot.
