Beautiful but size up!

These boots are beautiful! I have a regular width foot and they are slightly narrow. I sized up 1/2 size and they were snug. Returned for full size up and slightly big but socks solved it.

Hard

The boot is super cute! The problem is that the boot is hard to put on, to make matters worse, once you have it on, it’s super hard material that’s tight around the heel of your foot, which make it impossible to walk. My guess is that the boot is cheaply made.

Horrible Experience!!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and you split the order out! One order was shipped to my home last Thursday and the second order was scheduled to be sent to the Macy’s store near my home, but I NEVER received it although I was charged for both shoes on my credit card! I will be disputing 1/2 of the charge since I never received my shoes even after going to the local store to pick them up! Instead I was giving a customer service number to call, who said my shoes would be at the store today, but again, they are not there!! This was a horrible experience & I demand my money back! I will never order a thing on Macy’s online site again!!!

Very Cute, but BIG!

Loved this boot from when I first saw it. Ordered it in a 5.5, I’m usually a 5.5/6. Received the boot in 2 days which was great, but it’s huge! I’d need a size 5 which it does not come in. Disappointing because I had an outfit planned for this boot.
