Broke After Just One Wear and Very Disappointed

I was really looking forward to these shoes because they looked great and felt comfortable at first. Unfortunately, the inside sole ripped off after just one wear. I didn't do anything extreme, just a normal day of walking, so this was surprising. I’ve reached out to Macy's for a replacement, and they are not willing to help, which I am extremely disappointed about, as the shoes are unwearable.

A little bulky and wide

This shoe is comfortable but very bulky and awkward looking. Not a very feminine looking mule.
