Glossy finish

I ordered these & they are a glossy finish? Also not as creamy as the picture. The color was giving cream with a green hue, very odd.

This is a really comfy slip on mule shoe. The color is a neutral patten leather. This mule is perfect shoe with trousers or pants. This mule can dress up your denim as well. This mule is easy to collect scuff marks.

Broke After Just One Wear and Very Disappointed

I was really looking forward to these shoes because they looked great and felt comfortable at first. Unfortunately, the inside sole ripped off after just one wear. I didn't do anything extreme, just a normal day of walking, so this was surprising. I’ve reached out to Macy's for a replacement, and they are not willing to help, which I am extremely disappointed about, as the shoes are unwearable.
