No Shoes!👟

Never received the shoes. I was told by Macy’s customer service that you only ship UPS, so I placed the order for the shoes. I received a receipt saying they were being shipped by USPS. I told your representative that we do not have a post office box at this location and were unable to receive packages. The shoes were shipped back to Macys and I called and was told they were all sold out, so you are not getting your shoes. I did have a voicemail, after my call that they were ready to be shipped but have never seen them. Yes, they did give me a credit, but not any other help.
