Received Worn Shoes Instead of New

I was extremely disappointed with this purchase. The boots I received were clearly worn, not new. There were visible signs of prior use, including scuffing and wear on the soles, which is unacceptable for a full-price item advertised as new. For a brand like Steve Madden, I expected much better quality control. Because of this experience, I do not feel confident ordering again unless quality standards improve.

They run small. You have

They run small. You have to go up two whole sizes. The side zipper makes it hard to get on. And the calf is not the ideal size.
