MACYS LOST MY ENTIRE ORDER

I had a big order including this and Macy's lost THE ENTIRE THING. My only option was to cancel or reorder and they REFUSED to give me a tracking number. First they delayed the order then it disappeared and then a bot gave me the option to either cancel or reorder and then AFTER that time I got to speak to a person who said it was too late it was already refunded. Their whole system is absolute trash.

Way too big

Fabric is soft, colors good, but HUGE. It's more like a lap blanket, not a neck scarf as shown in the photo. Have to return.
