I’m livid, I feel like Macy’s scammed me they lied

I was lied to about my delivery date it said I was supposed to be delivered by the 23rd of December before I paid for it. Once I paid for it my delivery date changed to December 31st I’m livid it’s the 2nd time Macy’s let me down I called customer service and they lied to me saying it will be delivered in 3-7 days

Poof Fuschia

I am very disappointed. The photo doesn't depict a mixed blend of black and fuschia as opposed to a solid fuschia. That said, I liked the style.

Purchased on 12/18. First Delivery date was 12/23, now updated to 1/2/26.... Ups still saying label created, waiting on sellers package. Christmas has come and gone
