Return Debacle

I order the shoe pictured above and received a black shoe with rhinestones which was a totally different style than I order. I had to take time to go to a store to return them, not to mention wait in a long line for over 20 minutes to speaks to an associate. The associate was not very competent, he asked me several times to read the order number to him that was on my phone and then fumbled between two registers to get the ticket for the return. This took 15 minutes. Unacceptable service.

Cute shoe but not comfortable

The shoe is a cute design. It's perfect for a person who isn't into super high heels. The straps hurt so bad just trying them on. I returned them because on the straps hurting.
