Awesome looking, great quality, just a little narrow

I normally have no issues in ordering the regular width in SM boots/booties. but i think these run a little narrow. I want to wear these but am still on the fence as I'm afraid they're going to make my feet hurt.

So COMFY!!

Gorgeous boots and extremely comfortable. I’m 52 years old and wanted a nice classic boot that was COMFY an it is!!! Wore them for the first time 7 hours straight and they were completely comfortable. I can even get them on and off easily 🤣. I did buy them slightly larger than normal by 1/2 size.

Delivery issue

The boots are fine, it’s the delivery I have an issue with. A package was delivered to my house with someone else’s boots in them, different brand, wrong size. I called Macy’s to return them, sent me a return label, dropped it off at ups, all good. Or so I thought. We just now received the replacement boots (Xmas present btw!) and my account shows I returned the boots yet I’m getting emails saying I haven’t returned the boots and will be charged (again) on Jan 12. Please, Macy’s, make this make sense. I cannot call you yet again to be reassured it’s fine, then get another vaguely threatening email because you can’t figure it out
