ITEM NOT RECEIVED

I have not received the item! I have sent multiple emails to Macys and they have refused to reply to my email. They have charged my credit card but this item was never received. I am being bullied and being forced to pay for items you have refused to deliver and you have intentionally refused to provide any details or respond to any of my emails with proof of delivery. Macys is turning into a scam and have no regard for customer service and relations.

Sooooo cute

Super cute. I’m in love. Haven’t worn them for besides walking around the house but they feel comfortable. I always go a half size up in Steve Madden shoes. So normal for what I expected

Well Worth the Wait. . !

This is a very beautiful mule. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. This 7. 5 is true to size as all other Steve Madden shoes that I have purchased over the years. Might I add, that it’s a comfortable shoe to walk in. I’m thrilled with my purchase. . !

Worth the wait!

I absolutely love these heels. Steve Madden nailed it again. They look similar to the Cult Gaia Mahina heel, but BETTER (in my opinion). Not wide foot friendly. Easy to walk in. Very true to size.
