Beautiful shoe. Fits well but

Beautiful shoe. Fits well but not great for the entire night. After 2 hours they were starting to hurt my feet only because the strap on the front of shoe, was feeling a bit tight.

Paid for express & did not arrive

I paid for express shipping & they didn’t arrive on time. Also the packaging was entirely destroyed, including the tissue packing inside.

Disappointed customer

I picked up my merchandise on 07/11/2025 @ my place of employment Macy’s Town East Mesquite,Tx and was excited to see me Steve Madden’s bracelet stilettos for an upcoming events, my nephews wedding engagement, dinner and low, and behold, the shoes were used. The bottom of the shoes were dirty. The inside of the shoe was dirty and keep in mind. The stilettos were white and gold. I cried in disappointed I cannot believe that I was sent used shoes. This is so embarrassing. I don’t know what to do with not enough time to re-order or find another shoe I! This is unbelievable 😢

Cute but uncomfortable

SO uncomfortable. The ankle piece is solid, so it's nearly impossible to get a good fit around the ankle. The heel is high and the footbed has ZERO cushion, so prepare to have your soles on fire
