Best boots I will ever buy

i never write reviews but i've had these boots for somewhere around 7 years and they're the most comfortable boots ever. bought them as a guy and they're very unisex and durable, i bought a second pair since my original boots are pretty scuffed and are finally starting to wear out, but they could still last a bit longer with new insoles. couldn't love these boots more.

Awful!!!

Horrible shoe. So stiff and cheaply made that i refused to force mu foot into them. I didnt even try both shoes. It was like prision for feet. Obviously they will be returned, just angry about wasting my time

A little tight near bottom of lace

Very high quality, love that the inside is not lined with fleece. The tongue is sewn in near the bottom of the lace, which actually limits how wide the boot can go near the arch of the feet. Stiff when new, will need some mild breaking in. I typically wear 6.5 and bought 6.5, a little tight but not impossible. Recommend half size up.

The fit

I really liked the look of this boot. The stitching across the top of the foot is extremely tight. There is no way to walk comfortably in them due to that. I had to return the boots.

Returning - so disappointed!!

What happened, Steve Madden!? Never have I ever been more disappointed with a purchase! I have been buying the troopa style Steve Madden boot for over 10 years now - this was probably my fourth troopa boot, if you can even call it that! The box it came in was better made than the boot itself. Everything about it is completely different - the fit, the style, the comfort and the quality have dramatically changed for the worse. Just awful and so sad!
