Unorganized customer service

Macy's is VERY unorganized when it comes to online orders. I ordered a pair of black boots in size 6 and received brown boots in size 5.5. I called customer service explained exactly what the situation is and was assured I will get a reshipment of the correct boots and an email containing return voucher for the wrong boots to be returned. Instead 2 days later, I received an email stating I will not be getting the reshipment because they have proof of delivery of the order. Are they serious???? The reason why wasn't because I didn't get the package, it was because they sent me the wrong boots!!!! I don't plan on ordering from Macy's again!

The boot that was sent to me is not what I order ,the quality of the boot is cheap, it is not leather and they sent me the wrong size and there were know invoice in the box. I was very disappointed.

Quality gets the boot!!

These used to be a wardrobe staple for ten years or so until they finally wore out. I was happy to find them on sale recently but the brown color has changed from a beautiful warm brown to a darker brown. The leather is much thinner and the fit isn’t as narrow as it was before. The soles are also made of cheaper material and overall the quality is just disappointing. They are already returned!

Black Troopa Boots

I have been wearing these boots for years and they are my go-to! It was time for a new pair and definitely 5 stars and I’m super impressed with how fast the shipping was. I ordered yesterday afternoon and unexpectedly arrived at 1:40pm today! It’s been awhile since I’ve shopped at Macys and I’m super impressed! Thank you!
