Cute Shoe But...

Cute shoe but the back rubs against my ankle. Haven't worn them yet - when I do I will put band-aids on in order to keep the rubbing from tearing my skin off. Unfortunately I cannot return because I punched additional holes in the straps because the way the shoes came the straps "gaped". That was a mistake on my part because when I did that I made them too tight - thus the friction. I would suggest if you can't tolerate the gap - return them.
