There is a reason it was on Sale

Very little pigment and very little product. Seems like there wasn't any product in the liner pen when I received it. Goes on somewhat sheer. I would not but this again.

Stila waterproof eyeliner is a Win, Win! Love the way it goes on, doesn't smudge and it's flattering fluid lines glide smoothly on my skin. It's my "Go To" eyeliner, every time! Nice that it came in this convenient 2 pen set!
