Wish the pen part was more transparent so one could see how much is used, but I guess none of these applicators does that. Use it on the upper lid and you won’t be disappointed. Use it as an under eyeliner and you will be disappointed. Beautiful colors.

The liner did not work after a couples of uses. It sounds like it has something in it but the tip is dried up. From day one, the liquid it seemed dry. I have not been able use it because nothing barely comes out,
