Not waterproof

I will start by saying that I have never worn liquid eyeliner. I bought this for the summer, specifically needing waterproof. The brown color is pretty, as pictured, but it did not go on smoothly and easily. I curl my eyelashes and wear waterproof mascara and have to put my liner on after. I returned this and ended up getting the Urban Decay eyeliner and love it so far!
