Terrible Customer Service

Macy's Customer service was absolutely unhelpful. I reached out multiple times, only to be ignored or given the runaround. For a brand that markets itself as premium, their support is anything but. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!

Beautiful product

Gorgeous and high quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this set, and have already gotten compliments on it. The items have a heavier and more quality feel to them, while still looking unique. The only downside is the unglazed bottom, and needing to use a placement or something if we are using these on wood surfaces. Other than that, it’s a really pretty set, and I recommend it!

Definitely a unique set that brings conversation to the table every time I use it. Made with high-quality materials and very sturdy. The inspirational quotes on the bottom of each piece make it that more appealing. It may not be the set for everyone but if you like "unique" you will love it!

Delightfully impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a very sturdy set of services ware. The design is unique and impressive, the color is a very good looking gray. They are heavy enough but not to have while in use. There curved design is a great feature from the normal humdrum design you get with most other serve ware. Definitely going to get more to add to this collection.

Great set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great set , beautiful color , and beautiful design the size is perfect nice and big for good portions , they have good weight to them as well which I appreciate, the ONLY gripe I have against them is the gritty bottom it just makes this noise when it grinds or touches something else that makes the bit stand up on your back
