My mom was gifted this mix. She did not want to take the time to make it. I figured I would try it out at took it home and made them. I loved it. I don't know what the bad reviews are about. I did add some cinnamon to the icing to spice it up but he rolls themselves and the filling was wonderful. I will def buy again

Some notes/suggestions for future bakers
Just finished making these and wanted to share some notes/suggestions for future bakers. . . - As Kelly (1/14/23) noted, the ingredients suggested on the box seemed off, so I approached with an "open mind. " What I ended up using: 7 Tbsp butter for filling, 8 Tbsp butter for the bun dough, 1/2 cup milk for the bun dough, 3 Tbsp milk for the icing. - During baking the buns grew substantially and spilled out from the muffin pin, dripping onto the floor of my oven, and filling the kitchen with smoke! I would suggest putting a cookie sheet (or something to catch the dripping butter) under the muffin pan. As others have suggested, the buns are definitely on the sweet side. I don't think there's you can do to address this, except for leaving off the icing (but then what fun is that).

Crusty and sloppy - Not worth the money.
The product is extremely overpriced for what you get out of it (6 small cinnamon buns). Not to mention the poor quality of the product. I am an intermediate level baker who wanted a quick and easy recipe to whip up midweek. This product, truly disappointed me. I followed all the directions and the end result was sad. The dough and bun itself was crusty and dry after baking, crackling and falling apart. The filling seeped out of the bun, even after a tight roll. The icing was way too sweet for an already sweet filling. I was super sad and unsatisfied with this product. Not sure I will be able to buy from this company again or recommend it to anyone.

Best Buns
I tested these on my sister and neighbors. They all agree that these are amazing. Texture is crunchy top and soft inside. Delicious cinnamon spread inside is so delicate and flavorful. Fabulous. My neighbors and sister's favorite.

More directions
Hard to event start because I don't know what bag is filling, the buns, or the icing. They aren't labeled just had to assume you knew which goes with what.

Big Fail
I am an experienced baker so I can say what a disappointment. I followed directions explicitly and the texture was very much like a dried out biscuit. After adding cost of mix and my ingredients, the time and clean up this was a big fail. They were thrown into the rubbish can!

Cinnamon Bun Mix
Easy to mix & throw in the oven as a smaller version of the real cinnamon buns. Taste of the bun was very good and the frosting was a sugar overload. Enjoyed!
