Bought mix yesterday and made doughnuts today
I made the mix and piped the batter into my donut pan. I did not overfill and got 13 doughnuts from the mix. I did up the temperature to 450 for the first five minutes. They rose nicely. Then lowered the temperature to 400 for about five mintes. When golden brown, I did flip them over and baked for a few more minutes. I let them cool on a rack before dipping one side into melted butter and then the cinnamon sugar mix. Only coated one side. That made them sweet enough and neater to eat! Very pleased with this mix!

Easy to make but strange taste
Couldn't figure out the taste - apple cinnamon maybe but no apple taste?. Bought the mix with the 6 donut pan. The Mix only made 6 donuts. I have faith in y'all tho. Will be buying the chocolate mix despite so-so reviews.
