FINAL SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED

I bought seven of the Stonewall Kitchen gift sets as Christmas gifts and they were delivered to my relatives. NO WHERE on the Macys site did it state that these were a Final Sale. They were simply on sale as part of Black Friday. Usually if something is a Final Sale, it is discounted heavily, which these were not. I just look at other Stonewall Kitchens gift sets on your website and none of them say Final Sale. I certainly hope that bit of information is not included in the gifts.

What a mess and a lie!

Item came damaged. What a mess! Requested a replacement. Was told by customer service that the item was no longer available and they would issue a refund (I saved the transcript from Macys agent). Okay, things happened. But it was a lie! The item is still available, but not at the price I purchased it at. Talk about bait and switch. For shame Macys!!!
