Do not trust Macys with gifts.

Do not trust Macy's with your gift! We ordered the 6-piece jelly set and yes, they delivered it, but they didn't include our name on the gift card. How did the recipient know it was from us? They included a detailed receipt with the price on it. Never ordering gifts through Macy's again.

It took way too long to receive delivery

I ordered this soon after Thanksgiving. I was told it would be shipped in 3 to 6 days. It was a month before I received it and too late for me to ship it to my intended recipient.

Damaged during shipment

You would think a fragile heavy item would have been shipped more carefully. This is for a gift, now I have to figure a way to present it, as nice looking box it fits perfectly in is damaged! 😩

I tho\ught the order was cancelled as it was late

I called as the order was late for our luncheon on Dec 12th and they said they would cancel it instead they shipped it late and it arrived after oujr holiday luncheon with a not that it was a "final sale" and could not be returned.
