Do not trust Macys with gifts.
Do not trust Macy's with your gift! We ordered the 6-piece jelly set and yes, they delivered it, but they didn't include our name on the gift card. How did the recipient know it was from us? They included a detailed receipt with the price on it. Never ordering gifts through Macy's again.
Holiday Jam Tree Gift Box
The product was great - when it finally arrived. I got an email from Macy's saying what I had ordered was out of stock - weeks after I ordered it. Then I got another email saying it was on the way. When it finally arrived, much later than it was supposed it, there was only 1 and I had ordered 2. As it turned out it was okay because the intended recipient had left town. I better not be charged for two!!
very poor communication
I received the wrong order, notified Macys & was told they would send & expedite the correct order which I did not receive. I checked my account on the web site & just called customer service.& was told Macys was out of the product & credited my account! I was NEVER notified of this & VERY disappointed in Macys!! I have spent way to much time & frustration on this & hopefully no need to use Macys again!

Horrible Packing Job!
The Stonewall Gift Tree Jams are a nice concept however, the packing job is horrible! The item came much later than all the other items placed in the order. When the box finally arrived I noticed the box was lopsided. The jams were squished in a box too small causing the gift box to be smashed. Two of the 3 jams were upside down or sideways in the gift box. There was no packing materials for this item so subsequently 1 glass jar was chipped and the glass was loose in the box! Macy’s need to take better care in shipping breakable items. I re-taped and hot glue gunned the gift box back together enough to make it look somewhat presentable to give as a gift. I attempted to return this item but it is a non returnable item, so I had to accept it as is!!
Not worth it..
Package was delivered in a packing box too small for the triangle box of jam. Jars were turned over, upside down and box was torn. No packing materials resulting in jar being chipped & broken. It appears box was opened and returned. Now to find out this is a final sale & non returnable. Disappointing!
