Beautiful, elegant but runs big

Beautiful dress, runs large, size 4 was too big so need to return. The color in person is darker than photo. It's a true celadon - look up Pantone Celadon to get better idea.

I really wanted to love this

It was impressive at first sight. However, somewhat the textile, style not impressive on me. 5’4’, 150lbs. Maybe it is for slim women. Not flutter as I imagined. Everything could be ok, but the color. The color is not same as pictured, a bit darker, depressive. Returned.
