6/24 I made the mistake of ordering an item that had to be returned to the original sender. In Macy's return policy, it directs us to call an 800 number if returning the item from CA. After waiting 17 minutes, I was told I would get a label in 3-5 business days. 7/2 I got a message on day six stating I would get a label in another 3-5 days, but I had to be available to answer their call which showed up as a St Petersburg, FL number. They stated I couldn't call them back. I then called the original 800 number and waited 30 minutes to speak to a supervisor. They also told me they'd send it in ANOTHER 3-5 business days. They only offered to extend my return date a couple of days, jeopardizing the return altogether. I never did get to speak to a supervisor, but after complaining incessantly, they emailed me the label immediately. This entire experience was so unprofessional and not customer service oriented. Buyer beware! Stay away from third party items!
Beautiful dress but heavy
The dress is beautiful and was true to size, however the material is very heavy and not what I was looking for. Wanted a dress that was a softer material and moved with me. If you want one that will keep it’s shape and is a decent weight, this could be the dress for you.
