Like the color and the pattern. It’s got a nice texture and feel to it, I’m happy I got it .
Like bright
The ad was deceiving. I didn’t realize the light area was grey instead of white. I would have preferred for the set to be brighter.
Unhappy with shipping
I like the comforter that I originally ordered, however, I needed to change the size in order to fit properly. The color was the problem. Not with the comforter but with Macy’s shipping. I order the color blue as stated on the label, but Macy’s kept sending “Sage”. I was upset and had to repackage and haul the return to UPS. Although not extremely heavy it was heavy enough to cause my aching back to really ache. This item was returned 4 times, yes, 4 times. I finally gave up with Macy’s and finally settled for another one at Kohl’s. Not what I really liked, but it will do. Very, very disappointed with Macy’s. I stopped going to Macy’s about three or four years ago because of attitude of sales associates in The Ocean County mall Macy’s. Don’t think I’ll shop Macy’s again.

I am so disappointed with Macy’s performance. If you check my orders, you will see that I had to return four times. I also ordered four times because I needed the king size in what your color was called “blue”. It was a very nice kind of sea foam and just what I wanted. One size, Queen was too small so I ordered king size. Each one I received was , Sage, nothing even near the blue that I ordered. So, I had to pack and tape and then lift and carry to UPS. The boxes were large bulky and heavy and easy for me to do having a back with two herniated disc’s caused lots of pain, not to mention the extra time away from my normal life. I am so disappointed in you, Macy’s. I haven’t shopped in your store because of employees with lousy attitude and rudeness, but thought ordering online would be different. It was, the shipping dept just couldn’t read the color and sent 3 times the wrong color. Unbelievable, that this could happen. I must say that your representatives were very understanding and helpful and did try to make things right, but obviously it was your shipping dept that couldn’t get it right. I will find something nice somewhere else, in another store, but can’t say I’ll give Macy’s another chance.
