Stay away from worse quality couch and Macys

Terrible. Worse couch ever. It arrived in two pieces and was dumped off at front door without prior arrangements. Shipper never contacted me prior to getting in my condo building, without my knowledge, and dumping in front of my door. Too heavy to move inside and because left in hallway with 100 other units it could be stollen. Macys customer service was worst and could not figure out how to get picked up quickly. HOA will throw away if left in hallway but too heavy for me to move around. Macys initially thought I could drop off a couch at a UPS store for return. Never buy this brand/company or from macys. Placed order in July 2024
