Poor Quality Couch

I purchased this couch in August and the quality is awful. The material in the cushions bunch up and there is styrofoam on the arm rests of the couch. I thought I was getting a nice quality couch. I just found out that Macy's won't return the couch or offer me a credit. I now have to contact the distributer of the coach and request a refund. I would not recommend this couch as it's cheap!
