Not a fan of this product.

I am very disappointed in this product. I received it early on 9/3, unpacked it and found that no instructions were included. I contacted the company via email and Macys Customer Service. Both responded and the company provided me with a video and pdf version of the instruction booklet by Thursday morning (9/4). I started the construction process by trying to verify all parts were included. The hardware is labeled differently than the photos in the instruction manual and not all components included in the instructions were in what i received. In addition, one of the packets of screws contained the proper number of screws but there are 2-3 different sizes in the same packet. No washeres were included at all. The wooded pieces are also labeled differently than the parts pictured in the instructions. Now I have parts spread all over my dining room with instructions that don't facilitate construction.
