this shoes are for my granddaughter they are very soft and I getting another pair for my other granddaughter in a bigger sizes.

Would have been better had the shoes not been worn. I can't believe Macy's resold a pair of used shoes. Don't you check what you are taking in as a return and sending out to your customers. The shoes were actually dirty on the bottom with worn laces and stretched out leather.
