Refill??

I’m in LOVE with this new version of your iconic neck cream, but in the light version. Original was too heavy for me, while this is perfect! I notice that the inner cartridge pops out, as if it’s refillable. Are refills for this on the horizon? As expensive as this is, I’m looking forward to a refill option. Thx strivectin!

Pilling!

Was so excited to try this lighter version, as the regular version of the neck cream is something I could no longer use (it is a bit to thick and drags and pulls on the already very sensitive area of my neck - it's a bit counterintuitive to stretch out an already stressed, sensitive, and crepey area.) So this was to be a great compromise...thought it probably didn't have enough power to be as effective as the regular version, but it was thinner and creamier and would glide on easier so I didn't feel like I was stretching out my decollete area every day. So disappointed when I saw all of the little white flakes after the first use - pilling! I never had that happen with regular version, even after going through several jars. Not sure why there is such a dramatic difference between the two products. Wish this would have worked - no options left for me with StriVectiin for much needed help with my neck!
