My neck is much smoother and skin looks younger

This product does what it claims! The horizontal lines across my neck are gone and the skin feels and looks firmer and more youthful and the skin beneath my chin is tighter. I use it twice a day on freshly-cleaned skin and apply it with upward strokes and then smooth it over my upper chest where the sun has done some damage. It only requires a thin coat.
