The watch itself is great, zero complaints.
The problem lies with the company. The first watch I ordered got stuck in shipping. Stuhrling ignored repeated emails, ignored me reaching out to them on social media, and it took 4 phone calls before I finally got through to someone. She was helpful, and said she would look into the problem then call me back. A day later she never called back, but I was issued a new PO and another watch was shipped. I still don't know what happened to the first order, as Stuhrling has gone back to completely ignoring me.
Communicating with clients is absurdly important (especially when problem occur) and Stuhrling is dropping the ball big time.
