Misleading headlines

I returned this watch because the size of this thing was grossly exaggerated. I mean this watch case is barely over 40 mm. And this was done to purposely mislead customers hoping that they will keep it.

Stunning watch

This watch is absolutely stunning. I purchased it as a Valentine's Day gift for my boyfriend and he is completely enamored by it. It is the perfect size for his wrist and looks very sharp. It's a very high quality watch, sturdy and very stylish. The blue accents, bright shining silver and ornate embellishments make this a truly unique piece unlike any other he or I have ever seen. The Krysterna Crystal, which is unique to Stuhrling, on the front and back of the piece is brilliantly clear, you can see every slight movement of the gears and even the movement of the self winding mechanism weight on the back of the piece. From what I researched, Krysterna crystals are more shatter-resistant than sapphire crystals, only time will tell if that is the case but I can say that it is definitely the clearest crystal I have ever seen. The genuine leather calfskin band is comfortable and the stainless steel casing adds just enough weight to give it a sturdy feel without making it too heavy. I had never heard of Stuhrling before I began looking for a watch for my boyfriend but I can assure you that this will not be the last Stuhrling watch I purchase. For the price that you pay the quality, craftsmanship and design is unmatched. There were more expensive watches I could have purchased but this watch had everything I wanted and more.

Great Watch for the Price

I bought this watch for my teenage son who is very difficult to buy presents for. He gives very little guidance on what he wants, but then acts disappointed when he gets cash instead of an actual present. I know that he loves gears and he's bought very cheap skeleton watches for himself in the past which would last only a few months at best. I figured it was time for an upgrade. This watch was the perfect price point. And when it arrived, I was really impressed with how the watch looked in its case. But the moment of truth was Christmas Day. My son was very pessimistic about what I might have gotten him. When he finally opened the gift, though, his only complaint was "I'm probably going to lose or break it." (yes, he can be a PITA) He liked it, hey Mikey! He proceeded to wear it the rest of the day and got many compliments from relatives. I can't say yet whether it keeps accurate time, but so far the watch has impressed. And I like that the company is based in Brooklyn (I think) so I can easily get the watch fixed if there are any problems. I highly recommend this watch!

Stuhrling impressed me!

I really like this watch. Out of all the watches I have owned, this one is my favorite. I read a lot of reviews people saying it was dead on arrival, or it was damaged. There is no battery, it�s powered by motion, or you can wind it up. Mine was perfect. Keeps time well, even if I don�t wear it for a day or two. Looks clean, very intricate design. If you have the cash, I highly recommend it. I�d go as far as to say I�d probably buy another model from them as well. Feel well built.

Beautiful watch !

My wife got me this watch for my birthday , it looks fantastic AND keeps perfect time , I�ve been comparing it to my phone all week and it�s been spot on all week . Would recommend it for anyone who loves watches .
