This is a stunning jacket. The velvet is very rich. The embroidery is elegant and beautiful. The contrast between the black color of the jacket and the lilac of the embroidery is a killer combination. I'm glad I listened to other reviewers about the size. I'm 5'2", 145 pounds. I usually get size L in clothing and purchased the jacket in medium. It fits perfectly. I paired it with a white button down and slingbacks for work and it was a hit.
Beautifully embroidery on classy jacket
This jack is a nice richly thick velvet, and the lavender embroidered flowers make it look very classy. I got a lot of compliments at work on how beautiful and professional it looked. Winterish, but yet the embroidered sleeves are ready for spring. Can be worn with anything from jeans to a tailored sheath dress.
Runs big
Jacket is pretty but runs big. I'm a 36D so I ordered the medium but it is too big for me.

First I was skeptical to buy this jacket cause I’m actually collecting denim ones but I remember I needed something that’s a little dressier than the denim ones for the wedding Reception I am going to attend in Spring so I decided to try this one, returning in Macy’s was never a problem so I bought it, omg this is so cute! My size after giving birth 3 months ago in Style & Co is Small so the size small I ordered I just Perfect! Love the floral embroidery, it makes the jacket unique and dressy, I’m a girly girl Mom so this is just so perfect for me!

I have more coats and jackets than I can wear. However, it doesn't stop me from buying one more, especially when it's a great sale price. This jacket is quite cute. Fits true to size. I just hope I don't forget I have it.

The Denim Jacket Grows Up!
I am so in love with this jacket! It is pure elegance, with touches of embroidered whimsy. It's your favorite denim jacket all grown up, done in elegant black velvet with purple embroidered flowers; not too much, but just enough. It can easily be dressed down, but will also be great for dressing up. It's elegant with an edge; unexpected, but soon to become a classic. The soft velvet is easy care- machine wash cold and low dry. If you take it out right way, it doesn't need ironing. It needs to be washed before wearing, and I suggest you don't snip open the threads keeping the side pockets closed until after you wash it, as it will keep them lying flat that way. Sizing is normal- I'm a 12/36C and the large is roomy enough but not too big. As soon as I saw this gorgeous jacket, I knew it would become a wardrobe staple for me. I already wonder how I survived without it!

bought to wear with the Style & Co Printed V-Neck Maxi and they were a perfect pairing. Washes well and very comfortable.
