Arrived broken

Very poor shipping the earrings are broken. because this is the last act the policy is I cannot return the item. Place send a replacement item for the broken earrings What I am I suppose to do with broken earrings. You can check my account I very rearly return or have a problem with the things I order. What am I to do.

These earrings broke as soon as I placed one in my ear . Very disappointed , they are last act and I can’t return them . But I’ve learned to stay clear from the last act items .

Already broke when opened
