What a RIP OFF!! Received a used item!!

Macy’s has no integrity. They sent me a used pair of boots and just because it was a last call/final call item they won’t accept a return even though they were in the wrong here. When I purchase an item from a retail store I expect it to be in BRAND NEW CONDITION. I may as well have bought these boots at a garage sale. So disappointed.
