UNACCEPTABLE!

Macy’s should be ashamed for sending me WORN Sandles! First of all, the shoe box was so old, as soon as I saw the Sandles I knew they were USED and WORN! How does that happen ?? Whoever shipped my order needs to be fired from their job at Macys! The Sandles were so worn out that there were foot prints inside the sole !!! The most disgusting and gross thing I ever saw ! Macys just lost a lifelong customer ! I’ll never shop there again and I want my refund. Shame on Macys !!
