Cotton but with undetermined additives

I read the label online, and it said 100% cotton. I wanted a cotton top and this one looked okay. But when it arrived, it had a slippery feel, very unpleasant. I looked at the label: it was "recycled" cotton. So the manufacturer doesn't need to list the other additives? It's going back to Macy's.

Not for short people. Fits more like a tunic.

This top looked terrible on me. I am 5’ tall and can wear either small or medium depending on how relaxed the fit is. I ordered a petite medium because of the size recommendation. It was way too long and sloppy. If it wasn’t so long I might order a small, but I will just be returning. If you’re between sizes go with the smaller size.
