Perfect fit

I am 5'4" inches and bought the blue blouse in PXL. I usually wear regular XL. The PXL hit perfectly at the hip and the sleeves were not too puffy. I was not swimming in excess fabric but it is not clingy.. The fabric is a nice crisp cotton which will be perfect for summer. It is not see through.
