Luxurious and expensive look and feel.
These pants are so nice! They feel luxurious and expensive. They look great too! I like that they are short since I am only 5’2. The only thing I’d mention is that they do not stretch so you need to make sure you get the right size so that you are comfortable when sitting.

Not a good fit
The fit on these pants is all wrong. The pants pull in the crotch area. The material is nice, very soft, and wash well. I'm very short wasted so the pulling and zipper area would not fit well on anyone with a long torso.
Lovely Faux-Suede Pants
The faux-suede pants are very soft with flexibility in the material (90% polyester/10% spandex), not stiff at all. They have (2) slant front pockets that are useable and (2) welt (fake) pockets in the back. They do seem to run a bit on the small side, so it's advisable to go up one size. The length hits at the ankle on me, which is a nice look overall with boots or shoes. The label indicates they are machine washable (cold), and hang to dry. They are nice for office attire or a casual night out as they can be dressed up or down.

However, the most crucial note for potential buyers concerns the sizing, which is severely inaccurate. The item I received, labeled as a size 16, fits more like a standard size 12. I would strongly advise anyone purchasing this to size up significantly—likely one or two full sizes—to ensure a comfortable fit. From a design perspective, I especially appreciate the waistband's construction. It is slim and sleek, lacking the presence of bulky belt loops, which contributes to a very streamlined and flattering silhouette. Overall, the piece is lovely and the material is superb, but please size up to avoid disappointment with the fit.
