Short rise order up one size or two
Must have a flat stomach, true to size hips, and waist, but the rise is way too short and because there is a waistband with button and zipper there is no forgiveness as in a pull on Pant. Longer than pictured thank heavens for that straight leg so these are full legs in the thigh area. If you carry your weight in your tummy, these are not for you. Beware as this is the last act cannot return.

Too snug even though I used the sizing chart.
Beautifully done faux suede pants. My only complaint is I ordered my usual size 16, but they are too snug and too short ( even for petite). I am stuck with them because they were purchased as a last act….can not return or exchange. I tried, but the store said no refund or exchange.

Luxurious and expensive look and feel.
These pants are so nice! They feel luxurious and expensive. They look great too! I like that they are short since I am only 5’2. The only thing I’d mention is that they do not stretch so you need to make sure you get the right size so that you are comfortable when sitting.

Not a good fit
The fit on these pants is all wrong. The pants pull in the crotch area. The material is nice, very soft, and wash well. I'm very short wasted so the pulling and zipper area would not fit well on anyone with a long torso.

Lovely Faux-Suede Pants
The faux-suede pants are very soft with flexibility in the material (90% polyester/10% spandex), not stiff at all. They have (2) slant front pockets that are useable and (2) welt (fake) pockets in the back. They do seem to run a bit on the small side, so it's advisable to go up one size. The length hits at the ankle on me, which is a nice look overall with boots or shoes. The label indicates they are machine washable (cold), and hang to dry. They are nice for office attire or a casual night out as they can be dressed up or down.

I wore these to a restaurant with my large family. They exclaimed how lovely my outfit was! The pants didn't need a hem, perfect for me!! After eating I didn't have to open button to expand. They stretch!! Perfect đź‘Ť even the inside is sueded. Feels like chamois!! Exquisite price of garment. Cold wash, delicate, low temp dryer. No iron. Shake it and hang it up... Awesome đź‘Ť
