Sent damaged

I ordered 2 colors in this sweater. One of them was ok new tags and packaging. The second sweater was in a repackaged bag without the original tag on it. Apparently the sweater was previously returned and it had a big hole in the shoulder. I was very disappointed in Macy's for sending me damaged previously returned sweater.

Perfect as always

You can never go wrong with this brand, I think I’ve got one of every color they make and really probably bought the same amount or more that were given as gifts, never a complaint from myself or the gifts I’ve given, they run true to size and come one we all need a soft simple cover up year round in the south. You can buy with confidence

Not petite

Bought a petite xl and it was very long, and the sleeves were ridiculously long! Just a bad fit overall. Sizing down may fix it, but I don’t like it enough to re order. Macy’s Petite clothing have been disappointing for a while now.
