False track information!!!! Never Delivered!

I ordered this top on final sell. I wait for it one week to another…. Never arrived!!!! I even bought few more items after this, and each of them were delivered except for this top! Anytime i followed up with the track number, it said it was in transit…. Magically one day it said that the item was delivered on April 9 which is just 2 days after I submitted the order. That is ridiculous! It was never received and that history is not consistent with the track I did for weeks when just it said that the item was in its way…… very disappointed!!!!!
