Received wrong items

I ordered this green sweater but I receivecd white color with the different design. I wanted to return it but I can't process this return online because it said this is the final sale, no return. And also, I received another sweater with the wrong size, and I already processed the return online. I need go to costumer service to return this item, obviously it is not matching descriptions - missing features and wrong color. Unhappy online ordering experiences! :(
